Xavier Rivera Marzan is a senior leader and seasoned engineer with a 30 year track record in Engineering, Energy and Infrastructure excellence, providing results-orientated leadership, team building, strategic planning, and capital projects. Xavier currently serves as the Executive Director of Utilities and Energy Management at University of Texas at Austin.
